Time with Mom

Molly is almost 5 months old now. Wow, I can't believe how fast time has gone by. That may sound rather cliche, but it is certainly true. I am back to work and it proves to be a very long day. I still do enjoy my job, but cherish my time at home. Molly has become fond of "chatting" to me when I come home from work. When I smile and play peep-a-boo she giggles, full from the belly. She has gotten into a nice nighttime routine. Dinner, bath, bottle and story, then bed.... works out nice for her. We just wish that the "bed" stage would last a bit longer.

First Thanksgiving

Molly had started eating baby food about a week before Thanksgiving. She started with sweet potaotes and they are definately a favorite. It was her one course meal on turkey day... at least she got some potatoes! She loves apple sauce in her ceral, pears, and peas. Chow time is always an adventure. Molly enjoys talking with her mouth full and "feeling" her food with her hands. And she looks so darn cute in the highchair!!

Four generations of ladies are together here! How fortunate we are! Thanksgiving was yet another wonderful gathering of the extended McCaughey clan. As always, there was plenty of turkey and goodies to go around. And as always, the company was the best part of the day.

Molly and Grandma Pep were able to spend some time together at Jane and Terry's on Thanksgiving Day.
